Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g brown sugar
- 150 ml oil (corn germ oil)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 200 g carrot(s), grated
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 60 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 75 g cream cheese
- 175 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Carrot cake
Mix all the batter ingredients thoroughly with a mixer or wooden spoon, pour into a baking dish, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-45 minutes. For the glaze, mix the cream cheese, butter, vanilla sugar, a little water, and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth. Spread over the cooled cake.
