Quinoa-raspberry jam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, fresh
  • 250 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 125 g quinoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions and then let it swell. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil until the desired consistency is reached. I like chunks of fruit! In the meantime, prepare the preserving jars. Rinse the jars and lids with boiling water to kill germs. Pour the jam into the jars while it’s still hot, seal tightly, and let cool upside down.
