Quinoa with sour cherries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75g quinoa
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 jar sour cherries, approx. 720 ml
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Simmer the quinoa in the milk for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Then stir in the drained sour cherries and let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and serve.
