Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g butter, room temperature
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 cup pudding (vanilla pudding)
  • 250 g wheat flour (type 405)
  • 150 g chocolate sprinkles
  • Fat for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grease a 30 cm loaf pan and dust with breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat 175°C). First, beat the eggs, sugar, and butter until fluffy (about 3 minutes). Then briefly stir in the vanilla pudding and vanilla yogurt. Now stir in the vanilla pudding powder. Combine the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar and slowly stir into the batter. Stir until a smooth batter forms. Then fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
