Ingredients
 

  • 900 g Rabbits
  • 3 piece Red pepper
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes
  • 500 g Strained tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Mustard extra hot
  • 2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 2 tsp Hot pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Ground garlic

Instructions
 

  • Chop the bell pepper and green onion and sauté in a large saucepan with a little butter. After sweating the tomatoes, chop and add the tomatoes. Then let it boil for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, turn the contents of the pot into a nice creamy sauce with a stirring stick / mixer
  • Now we add the chopped mushrooms, the spices and the rabbit to the sauce. Let it cook for another 45 minutes. The rabbit is ready. This can be served with dumplings or potatoes as a side dish.
