Ingredients
 

  • 4 Herring fillet
  • 200 g Watermelon
  • 2 tablespoon Miracel Wip
  • 120 g Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion

Instructions
 

  • Chop the matjes fillet, peel and halve the onion and cut into thin slices, cut out balls from the melon.
  • Mix Miracel Wip, sour cream, vinegar and sugar with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Now add the matjes, melon and onion, mix everything well and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
