Raclette: Four Variations of Classic

Four kinds of raclette pans with beef fillet, mango and feta

  • 1 Pc. Ripe mango
  • 400 g Beef fillet
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 g Creamy feta
  • Oregano for garnish

Mini tortilla wraps

  • 200 g Chicken meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 0,5 Pc. Red pepper
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 150 g Grated Gouda
  • 2 Pc. Tortilla cake
  • 3 tbsp Roasted onions

Raclette with quark and fruits

  • 2 Pc. Untreated oranges
  • 125 g Curd cheese 20%
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg size M.
  • 2 tbsp Walnut kernels
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar

Raclette pancakes with banana and chocolate cream

  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Msp Baking powder
  • Fat / butter for baking

Four kinds of raclette pans with beef fillet, mango and feta

  1. Cut the mango pulp from the stone. Peel the pulp and cut into thin small cubes. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into slices. Cut large slices smaller if necessary. Combine the oil and meat, season with salt and pepper, refrigerate until ready to eat.
  2. To eat, fry the meat with the marinade on the roasting plate of the raclette machine for 3–4 minutes while turning, layer with the mango cubes and cheese in pieces in raclette pans. Bake under the hot grill of the raclette machine for 4–6 minutes. Garnish with oregano if you like.

Mini tortilla wrap

  1. Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into strips, season with salt and pepper. Roast vigorously on the raclette plate for approx. 5 minutes, turning. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips. Pour the corn into a sieve and drain well. Cut the tortillas into quarters.
  2. Cover the tortilla quarter with paprika, meat, corn and fried onions. Shape into a wrap, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a pan.

  1. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar, sugar and egg. Peel the fruit thickly. Cut out the fillets.
  2. Caramelize each with an orange fillet and nuts with a little sugar in the pan.

  1. Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough, heat some fat in the raclette pan beforehand. Spread some batter in it and put pieces of banana on top of the batter. Then decorate with chocolate cream.
