Ingredients
- 1 Puff pastry round
- 4 tbsp Pamesan
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 5 Discs Smoked ham
- 500 g Frozen vegetables
- 4 Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- 180 ml Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Grease a cake tin. Place the puff pastry in the mold, perforate the base of the pastry with a fork, then distribute the pamesan and breadcrumbs well on top. Cut the ham into narrow strips and distribute them in the pan with the vegetables. For the topping, mix the eggs, milk and cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread the pour over everything. Bake the vegetable quiche for 30 to 40 minutes at 220 degrees.
