Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 350 g radicchio
- 120 g pear(s) (fresh)
- 50 g walnuts
- 5 g garlic (ground with olive oil)
- 50 g tomatoes, dried
Instructions

best with yogurt dressing
Cut the radicchio stem and place the cut side directly under cold, running water. Carefully shred the radicchio. Roughly shred the radicchio leaves with your hands and tear them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the pears, quarter them, and remove the cores. Cut into thin wedges. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips. Mix the pears with the radicchio and garlic paste, then sprinkle with the walnuts and tomatoes.
