Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados
- 4 tomatoes
- 10 radishes
- 2 large onions
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 120 ml olive oil
- 120 ml apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 2 sprigs fresh basil, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onions. Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm pieces. Quarter the radishes. Finely chop the basil. Halve the avocados, remove the pit with a spoon, and halve the avocados again. Cut the halves into strips and then remove the skins. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Garnish the salad with basil and serve.
