Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • n. B. Carnation(s), whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

wonderful decoration for cheese platter

Cut the green parts off the radishes (not too short, a little green should still be visible) and wash them. Leave the root on as the tail. Insert a clove on each side above the green part (for the eyes), then cut a triangle into the radish skin above the eyes and fold it upwards to make the ears. Only cut the two sides of the triangle upwards (the ones that meet at the top), and use the bottom part to hold the ear to the radish. The mice look great as decoration on cheese platters, egg salad, or just to encourage children to eat vegetables.
