Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large radish(s), peeled, very coarsely grated
  • 2 bunch radishes, cut into wafer-thin slices
  • 1 cucumber(s), unpeeled, cut into very thin slices
  • 75 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 150 g salad cream (yogurt salad cream)
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the radishes, cucumber, and hazelnuts together in a salad bowl. Fold in the yogurt salad dressing and season with salt.
