- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- some croutons
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without onions, vegetarian, vegan
Wash and chop the lettuce. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and set aside. For the dressing, combine the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the lettuce to a bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle with croutons. Drizzle with the dressing.
