Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g radishes
- 150 g Emmental cheese
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp vinegar, approx. (possibly balsamic vinegar)
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the radishes into very thin slices, and the Emmental cheese and eggs into very thin strips. Mix the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar into a marinade and mix with the ingredients. Serve sprinkled with chives.
