Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 radishes
- 1 box of cress
- 500 g kefir
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
8 Puree the radishes, cress, and kefir. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. Ladle the chilled soup into 4 glasses and garnish with the remaining radishes.
