Raffaello Raspberry Dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 500 g raspberries, frozen if not in season
  • 1 package of confectionery, e.g. Raffaello
  • Chocolate, white, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 5 minutes

First, place the Raffaello in a bowl and mash it into small pieces. Then add the quark and sugar and mix with a hand mixer. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Now alternate the quark and raspberries in a bowl or glasses. Finally, sprinkle the white chocolate shavings over the top as a garnish. It’s best to refrigerate the dessert for a few hours.
