Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g marzipan
- 180 g butter
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 220 g flour
- 80 g cornstarch
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml egg liqueur
- 150 g raisins (optionally mixed with cranberries)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut very soft marzipan into small pieces and mix well with the soft butter, then mix with icing sugar and eggs until creamy, stir in the flour mixed with baking powder, starch, milk and egg liqueur and finally mix in the raisins. Pour the dough into the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven at 160°C fan for approx. 35 minutes (use a toothpick to test).
