Harmful properties of raspberries

People suffering from gastritis or stomach ulcers should not consume concentrated raspberry juice and tinctures based on it. Raspberries are not recommended for urolithiasis, gout, and kidney disease. It is forbidden to eat raspberries in case of bronchial asthma and nasal polyps.

People taking blood clotting medications should not eat raspberries either, as they have the opposite effect.
Pregnant women should know the extent of raspberry consumption. Because eating raspberries in large quantities can provoke allergies in the baby. The daily dose for pregnant women is 3 tablespoons or 50 grams of raspberries.
