Raspberries on a raspberry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 500 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • e.g. powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the coulis, pass the raspberries through a fine sieve. Sweeten the pulp with powdered sugar to taste and freshen it up with a squeeze of lemon juice. Place a raspberry glaze on the plate. Wash the fresh, medium-sized raspberries, remove the green parts, and halve them. Arrange them in a circle on the coulis. The dessert can be complemented with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and/or peppermint leaves.
