Raspberry and Apple Crumble

The perfect raspberry and apple crumble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the fruit mix

  • 1 Apples
  • 500 g Frozen raspberries
  • 1 Lemon (squeezed)
  • 75 g Cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

For the crumble mix

  • 150 g Flour
  • 150 g Oatmeal
  • 200 g Cold butter
  • 50 g White sugar
  • 25 g Cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  1. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices, place in a baking dish with the frozen raspberries. Add lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon and mix.
  2. In another bowl, knead the butter, brown and white sugar, flour and oatmeal by hand. The crumble should crumble off your fingers and stick only a little. If it is too moist, add a little more flour and oatmeal one at a time.
  3. Crumble the crumble mixture over the fruit mix and distribute it well.
  4. Briefly preheat the oven (circulating air 180 ° C / top-bottom heat 200 ° C). Bake the crumble on the middle rack for about 25 minutes until it is golden brown.
  5. Let cool down for about 10 minutes and enjoy! We recommend whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
