Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g raspberries, frozen
- 400 g banana(s)
- 300 g orange(s)
- 2 lemons
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Pure vitamins
The quantities refer to the already peeled fruit. Place the raspberries in a large pot. Peel the bananas, mash them by hand, and add them. Generously peel the lemons and oranges, removing the white pith, segment them, and add them to the pot. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemons and oranges into the pot. Mix everything together, blend briefly (I like it with chunks), and stir in the preserving sugar. Bring to a boil until bubbling, then simmer for 4 minutes while stirring. Pour into hot, rinsed jars and let cool.
