Raspberry Cantaloupe Melon Jam

The perfect raspberry cantaloupe melon jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g Raspberries fresh, washed
  • 500 g Cantaloupe melon pulp
  • 4 cl Raspberry Spirit from Stalker
  • 750 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. Cut the melon meat into pieces and allow to cook. Cantaloupe meleon only because of the reddish color. You can also use other melons, but not watermelons.
  2. Now add the raspberries and let them cook. Chop the pulp a little with the blender – there are still pieces left – then add the raspberry brandy. In the meantime, prepare the glasses.
