Raspberry Cantaloupe Melon Jam

Ingredients
 

  • 1000 g Raspberries fresh, washed
  • 500 g Cantaloupe melon pulp
  • 4 cl Raspberry Spirit from Stalker
  • 750 g Preserving sugar 2: 1

Instructions
 

  • Cut the melon meat into pieces and allow to cook. Cantaloupe meleon only because of the reddish color. You can also use other melons, but not watermelons.
  • Now add the raspberries and let them cook. Chop the pulp a little with the blender - there are still pieces left - then add the raspberry brandy. In the meantime, prepare the glasses.
  • Add the preserving sugar and bring to the boil again so that the sugar dissolves completely. Take a gel sample.
  • Now pour the jam into the jars and refrigerate. Finished.
