Ingredients
- 1000 g Raspberries fresh, washed
- 500 g Cantaloupe melon pulp
- 4 cl Raspberry Spirit from Stalker
- 750 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
Instructions
- Cut the melon meat into pieces and allow to cook. Cantaloupe meleon only because of the reddish color. You can also use other melons, but not watermelons.
- Now add the raspberries and let them cook. Chop the pulp a little with the blender - there are still pieces left - then add the raspberry brandy. In the meantime, prepare the glasses.
- Add the preserving sugar and bring to the boil again so that the sugar dissolves completely. Take a gel sample.
- Now pour the jam into the jars and refrigerate. Finished.
