very tasty party dessert

First, the meringues are crushed with a meat tenderizer. This works best in a tightly sealed freezer bag. Then the cream is whipped until stiff peaks. Now it’s time to layer them. You can start with meringues or frozen raspberries, depending on your preference. Then the ingredients are layered alternately. The last layer is cream. I like to top it with a little cocoa powder. The dessert should be kept in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Served in a glass bowl, this dessert is a real eye-catcher on any buffet. A little tip: If you have any leftovers, the raspberry dessert tastes great the next day if it’s allowed to soak for a while. It will just lose some of its appeal.
