Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g raspberries (frozen)
- 1 can peach(s)
- 250 g quark, possibly low-fat quark
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- some cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the frozen raspberries and the drained and sliced peaches in a baking dish. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, then fold in the quark and yogurt. Spoon over the berries and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
