  • 1,000 g gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 11 minutes

Place the raspberries and gelling sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil for six minutes while stirring. Fill jars to the brim and seal tightly.
