Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g quark
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp syrup (chocolate syrup), white
  • 300 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tbsp poppy seeds, finely ground

If using frozen raspberries, let them thaw slightly first. In a large bowl, combine the quark, yogurt, vanilla sugar, sugar, and syrup. Spoon the cream into 6 bowls. Spread the raspberries on top and sprinkle lightly with poppy seeds. A mint or lemon balm leaf can be used for decoration. Tip: For a party, simply serve in a large, shallow bowl. The syrup can be purchased online. Alternatively, melt white chocolate in the Thermomix and then mix with the quark, yogurt, vanilla sugar, and sugar.
