Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g ravioli, fresh or dried
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 400 g yogurt
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 200 g meat sausage
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the ravioli and let cool. Prepare a salad dressing with the yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, and seasonings. Finely chop the peppers and onions, peel, halve, and slice the cucumber, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and dice the bologna. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. We think this salad is wonderful with a barbecue, and its freshness makes it especially delicious on warm days.
