Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small can of tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • ½ pack of parsley, frozen
  • lots of pepper, freshly ground
  • Salt
  • some garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the tuna thoroughly and then mash it very finely with a fork. Finely dice the onion and add it to the tuna along with the crème fraîche and parsley. Season generously with freshly ground (coarse) pepper and salt and mix well. If you like, you can also add a touch of garlic powder. Tastes great with ciabatta, flatbread, vegetable sticks, or as a spread on brown bread.
