For the cauliflower sauce
- 0,5 piece Apple
- 0,25 piece Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Fresh chives
- 120 g Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Msp Salt
- 1 Msp Pepper
- Cut the apple, zucchini and cherry tomatoes into small cubes. The smaller the better the mouthfeel. Put everything in a bowl along with the fresh herbs. For the sauce, put all the ingredients in your blender and add a little bit of water. Mix everything into a creamy sauce. Just add enough water so that it doesn’t get too runny, but rather creamy. The consistency should be something like yogurt, for example. Season everything again with salt and pepper.
