Ingredients
- 1 kg Asparagus white
- 8 slice Streaky bacon
- 0,5 Watermelon
- Tarragon
- Parsely
- Olive oil
- White balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 4 Fresh prawns
- Garlic
- Chilli flakes
Instructions
- Cut the garlic into thin slices, mix with the olive oil and the chilli flakes and place the prawns in it.
- Peel the asparagus, cut off the ends and cut diagonally into very fine slices. Put the asparagus in a bowl and marinate with salt, sugar and balsamic vinegar for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the watermelon and cut into small cubes. Fry the bacon until crispy, let it cool down a bit and then cut it into small pieces.
- Mix the asparagus with the melon, bacon, tarragon, parsley, olive oil and pepper, season with salt and sugar if necessary. Briefly fry the prawns in the pan and serve with it.
