Raw radishes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 radishes with leaves
  • 1 walnut
  • 1 tsp walnut oil
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

prepared as a fresh bread topping

Wash the radishes thoroughly, including the leaves, and trim off the root ends. Thinly slice the radishes—this works best if you hold the radishes by the leaves. Select a few good-looking leaves and cut them into strips. Place both in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Crack the walnut and chop it into small pieces. Place it on the radishes and drizzle with walnut oil. I loved this on bread with cream cheese. It can also be eaten as a small salad.
