Asian Raw Vegetable Salad with Silken Tofu

  • 200 g Silken tofu
  • 1 Small carrot
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 1 Baby cucumber
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 0,5 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • Some mint leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped

marinade

  • 1 tablespoon Madras curry
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0,5 Fresh lime
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the tofu into slices and place on a plate.

  1. Squeeze the lime. Mix the ingredients for the marinade together and pour over the tofu. Let marinate for 1 hour.
