Ingredients
salad
- 200 g Silken tofu
- 1 Small carrot
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 1 Baby cucumber
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 0,5 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- Some mint leaves
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
marinade
- 1 tablespoon Madras curry
- 2 tablespoon Ginger syrup
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 0,5 Fresh lime
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into slices and place on a plate.
marinade
- Squeeze the lime. Mix the ingredients for the marinade together and pour over the tofu. Let marinate for 1 hour.
salad
- Drain the marinade. To squeeze the tofu with a fork. Cut the vegetables into thin strips and add to the tofu and mix. Cut the spring onion into rings and mix with the salad.
- Add the coriander leaves and the mint. Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
