- 1 Kg Flour
- 1 liter Water or apple spritzer
- 5 g Cinammon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 130 g Sugar
- 200 g Raisins
- 3 Apples
- 80 g Fresh yeast
- First mix flour with apple spritzer (hand mixer lowest setting)
- Dissolve the yeast in a teaspoon of sugar
- Stir in the flour mixture
- Prepare the apples and raisins. Apple in very small cubes (approx. 0.5 cm x 0.5 cm)
- Knead the sugar, salt, cinnamon and apple-raisin mixture into the dough, the dough is only thick and should stick to the hand. Then let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Bake the dough in the oil with a tablespoon or ice cream scoop (about 6 minutes). They form delicious, crispy arms themselves and still rise in the oil, they turn partly by themselves, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy …
- Attention, other amounts of cinnamon and salt were used in the photos, do not depend on them, but on the information. And, you can either use apple spritzer or lukewarm water. The ingredients are designed to speed up the walking process. Apple spritzer also adds flavor. Would definitely work with Fanta too.
