Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 300 ml grape juice, red
- 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
- 750 g berries, mixed (wild berries), frozen
- Cinnamon powder
- Tonka bean(s), grated
Instructions

Drain the cherries in a sieve. Collect the juice. Pour the cherry and grape juice into a large saucepan. Stir in the custard powder and heat gently. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the cherries and frozen berries. Season to taste with cinnamon and ground tonka bean.
