Storage

Red Boskoop apples store well. As with all other apple varieties, a cool room is ideal, but storage in the refrigerator is also highly recommended. Since apples emit ethylene during ripening, they should not be stored with other fruit or vegetables. It will wilt faster as a result. Generally speaking, Roter Boskoop can be kept for about a week at normal room temperature.
