Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 liters Federweißer, red
- 1 sachet of citric acid
- 1 kg gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Makes approx. 10 glasses.
Combine everything in a saucepan, cook according to the package instructions for the gelling sugar, and pour into prepared jars. Seal the jars and let the jam cool thoroughly before serving. Delicious on bread for breakfast or with pancakes.
