Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g red fruits, e.g. raspberries, cherries, currants, strawberries, blackberries
  • 6 tbsp oat flakes
  • 200 ml water
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil on low heat (electric stove 3), stirring constantly. Ladle into serving bowls and serve with cream after cooling.
