good against colds

Finely chop the onion and ginger and place them in a tall bowl with the tea bags and rock sugar. Pour boiling water over them. Remove the tea bags after 5-6 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour the tea through a sieve into a teapot. I give my children about 100 ml of this tea every day as soon as they show the first signs of a cold. It can also be drunk cold. It’s especially effective for coughs.
