Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 1 chili pepper(s), quantity varies depending on spiciness
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 750 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Deseed the bell pepper and cut into small pieces. Puree with the water, lemon juice, and spices. You can also leave some pieces whole. Cook with the preserving sugar according to the package directions until jam is obtained.
