Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Beat in the sugar and eggs alternately, stirring until the sugar no longer crunches. Add the vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon and mix well. Combine the flour and baking powder and gradually stir in. Slowly stir in the red wine. Finally, fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Line the muffin tin with muffin cups and place a tablespoon into each paper cup. Bake at 150°C for 25 minutes. Let cool, then carefully remove from the cups.
