Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g chocolate, grated
  • 125 liters of red wine
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Beat the margarine, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy and add the eggs one at a time. Now add the cinnamon, chocolate, and red wine. Mix the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, sifting if necessary, and stir in. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes.
