Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta, small ones, e.g. Gobetti
- 500 g minced beef or half and half
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- basil
- Thyme
- rosemary
- Paprika powder
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 1 ½ cups of cream, 200 g each
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef. Then add the onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and the remaining spices (or pizza seasoning). Briefly sauté the tomato paste, then deglaze with the red wine. Cook well to evaporate the alcohol. Then add 1 or 1 1/2 cups of cream (a crème fraîche and milk mixture also works), to taste, and the pasta. If it seems too runny, reduce further.
