Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tube(s) of tomato paste, approx. 100 g
  • 6 slices of processed cheese
  • 1 dash of cream
  • n. B. Water, hot, approx. 500 – 750 ml
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • possibly Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika, and deglaze with the hot water. Then add the tomato paste, garlic, and cream, spread the sliced ​​cheese on top, and let it boil for a few minutes. Then stir to combine, adjusting the seasoning if desired.
