Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g yogurt
- 150 g ice cream (vanilla)
- 3 nectarines
- some milk

perfect for hot summer days
Quarter the nectarines, removing the skins if desired. Place them in a container along with the yogurt and ice cream. Blend until well blended and the nectarines are broken up. Then add milk as needed until the desired consistency is reached. Tips: Depending on the ripeness of the nectarines, you may want to add a little sugar. I always use vanilla ice cream and natural yogurt. For larger quantities that won’t be consumed immediately, it’s best to refrigerate them.
