Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Basic recipe according to Grandma

Sift flour into a bowl and mix with sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the butter in small pieces and knead or crumble with your fingers until a fine crumble forms. Continue to process as desired. This batter is just enough for one sheet cake. (Just crumble, not dough for the base.) For a springform pan, take about 2/3 of the crumble and press it into a well-greased pan, pulling up one edge. Now top with fruit, etc., as desired, and finally scatter the crumble on top. Bake for about 1 hour at 180°C.
