Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 sprigs peppermint
  • 2 tea bags (chamomile tea)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

This delicious tea always helps me when I have a cold

Bring the water and honey to a boil. Pick the peppermint leaves, chop them very finely, and add them to the water. Simmer for about 7 minutes. Add the chamomile tea and boil for another 8 minutes. Strain and add the lemon juice. Pour the tea into a good-sized thermos and drink throughout the day. It provides fluids and vitamins and soothes sore throats and throat pain.
