Remoulade with dill

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar yogurt salad cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly sugar
  • possibly vinegar
  • possibly milk, some

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remoulade for fondue or grilling

Finely chop the dill and add it to the yogurt salad dressing and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, the remoulade can be thinned with a little milk. Depending on your taste, you can make it a little sweeter and sourer by adding sugar and vinegar. This is sometimes necessary even if you’re using cheap yogurt salad dressing, as otherwise it will be too strong.
