Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 42 g yeast, fresh
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp sugar
- 6 tbsp oil
- 500 ml milk, warm
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Pour the milk into a bowl, add the flour, dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk, and add it to the bowl. Sprinkle with salt and sugar, add the oil, and knead thoroughly with a food processor. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, knead briefly, and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Then pour the dough into a large loaf pan (or two small ones) and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 25 minutes.
