Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Quark
  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Chocolate Cookies
  • 1 packet Grapes, red, seedless

Instructions
 

  • Mix the quark with cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  • Crumble the Cocockies. Halve the grapes or quarter, depending on the size.
  • In 6 glasses or a large bowl, alternating quark cream, cookie crumbs and grape layers. Start with curd cream and finish. Chill for at least 2 hours.
