Rice – apple – porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g rice flakes
  • 90 ml water
  • 1 apple
  • 5 g oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and core the apple, and cut it into large cubes. Bring to a boil with a little water and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and puree the apple with a hand blender. Mix the rice flakes with enough warm water and the apple puree until it forms a porridge-like consistency. Some babies prefer their puree a little firmer, others prefer it a little softer. Then stir in the oil.
